JDSL Consulting Group, LLC is committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining transparency regarding how your information is collected, used, and protected — including in connection with artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies used in the delivery of our services.
By using the Site and/or purchasing, viewing, downloading, or otherwise signing up to receive communications from JDSL Consulting Group, LLC (collectively referred to as the “Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products”), you voluntarily agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions
“Company”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us” means JDSL Consulting Group, LLC and all associated websites and digital properties.
“AI Services” means any artificial intelligence-powered tools, Council systems, automated workflows, AI-generated content, strategic outputs, or recommendations delivered through or in connection with the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products.
“Content” means any written, visual, video, audio, or AI-generated information contained on the Site, including emails, blog posts, graphics, designs, documents, templates, and downloadable materials.
“Personal Information” means information that can be used on its own or in conjunction with other information to identify, contact, or locate a person, including name, address, email address, telephone number, payment information, and site behavior.
“Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products” means Content, email lists, social media posts, courses, coaching services, guides, eBooks, forms, worksheets, workbooks, website materials, and AI-powered deliverables available on or through the Site.
“You” or “Your” means the user, customer, or viewer of the Site.

The Site and its Content are owned by JDSL Consulting Group, LLC. We are committed to protecting your Personal Information and will only collect or use your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
3. What Personal Information Do We Collect?
Personal Information You Provide:
When using the Site, filling out forms, purchasing products, providing comments, or contacting us, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, payment or credit card information, or similar details. We use this information to deliver products or information requested, improve the Site, and provide educational content, newsletters, promotions, and special offers.

When you interact with our AI-powered Services, including Council systems and AI-assisted strategic tools, we may collect information you provide in those interactions, such as business details, goals, challenges, and strategic inputs. This information is used to deliver and improve our AI Services, personalize your experience, and develop our proprietary methodology. We do not use client-provided information to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.
4. What If the Personal Information We Have Is Incorrect?
If the Personal Information we have collected about you is incorrect or incomplete, or you would like to update it, please contact us at [email protected]. We will make appropriate corrections when notified, provided the requested corrections are not incorrect or fraudulent.
5. When Do We Collect Personal Information?
We collect Personal Information from you when you purchase, order, or sign up on or for the Site, Courses, Services, and Products; download freebies or resources; subscribe to our newsletter; fill out a form; browse the Site; view Content; make purchases; or enter your Personal Information on the Site. If you are simply viewing the Site, you will not be required to provide personal information to browse.
If you are outside of the EU: by signing up to receive freebies, downloads, webinars, recordings, courses, or services from the Company, or purchasing any products or services from us, you will automatically be added to our email list. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking “UNSUBSCRIBE” at the bottom of any email, or by emailing [email protected].
If you are in the EU: you will only be added to our email list if you affirmatively consent to receiving such messages. You can unsubscribe at any time using the same methods described above.

We may use the Personal Information we collect in the following ways:

• To third-party service providers that provide products, tools, platforms, or services to us, such as email-list management, website management, customer service, account maintenance, and other activities related to the management and operation of our company.
• To social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.) when you use platform-integrated functionalities on the Site. Your information will be shared with those platforms to complete those functions.
We may disclose your Personal Information to our subsidiaries, contractors, subcontractors, assigns, affiliates, or successors in interest when necessary to carry out business functions, including website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, email service, or conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to keep your information confidential.
Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
We DO NOT allow third-party behavioral tracking.
8. SMS Messaging Privacy
If you provide your mobile phone number to JDSL Consulting Group, LLC through our websites, forms, appointment scheduling systems, or other communication channels, you consent to receive SMS/text communications related to our services, appointments, updates, reminders, and promotional messages.
• SMS consent data, phone numbers, and related personal information are used solely for communication purposes associated with JDSL Consulting Group, LLC services and operations.
• We do not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

• Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
9. Artificial Intelligence Services — Privacy Disclosure
JDSL Consulting Group, LLC uses artificial intelligence tools and platforms in the delivery of certain services. This section describes how your data is handled in connection with those services.
• Information you provide through AI-powered interactions (including Council system sessions, strategic prompts, and AI-assisted deliverables) is used to provide and improve our Services.
• We do not use your personal or business information to train third-party AI models without your explicit, informed consent.
• AI interactions may be reviewed by JDSL Consulting Group, LLC team members for quality assurance, service improvement, and methodology development purposes.
• We use commercially reasonable measures to protect data processed through AI tools. However, AI systems are subject to the same limitations and risks as other digital technologies, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
• Third-party AI platforms used in service delivery have their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We select partners whose practices are consistent with responsible data stewardship.
• AI-generated outputs do not constitute licensed professional advice and are provided for informational and strategic support purposes only.
10. How Do We Protect Your Personal Information?
We aim to make your visit to our Site as safe as possible. The Site uses commercially acceptable security measures to protect your information, including malware scanning, SSL certificates, and secure server environments. We never transmit your credit card information by email.
Your Personal Information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons with special access rights, who are required to keep your information confidential. All transactions are processed through a secure gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
11. Do We Use Cookies or Social Media Pixels?
Cookies. We, and third parties as described in Section 7, use cookies to collect information from the device you use to access the Site, read our emails, or view our advertisements. Cookies help us remember items in your shopping cart, understand your preferences, and compile aggregate data about Site traffic and interactions to improve the Site experience.
You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may limit some features and functionality of the Site.
Social Media Pixels. The Company does not currently use social media pixels (e.g., Facebook pixels) to track visitors for retargeting purposes. We reserve the right to use pixels in the future, in accordance with the terms of relevant social media platforms, and will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
12. Third-Party Links
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products, services, or links to external sites on our Site. These third-party sites may have separate and independent privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for the content, activities, or privacy practices of those linked sites. We welcome any feedback about issues you experience with linked-to sites.
13. Google Services
We may use Google Analytics and/or other Google services to better understand how visitors interact with the Site. Google’s advertising requirements are designed to provide a positive user experience. We are not currently using Google Ads on the Site, although this may change in the future.
14. California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
Pursuant to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:
• Users can visit our Site anonymously.
• A link to this Privacy Policy is located on the footer of our homepage.
• Our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy” and can easily be found on the page specified above.
• You will be notified of any Privacy Policy changes via the “Updated On” date at the bottom of this document.
15. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13. We require that you are at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, please STOP and do not use, view, purchase, or browse the Site, Courses, Services, or Products.
If you are a parent and believe your child under the age of 13 has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us immediately at [email protected] to have it removed.
16. Fair Information Practices
In order to comply with Fair Information Practices, in the event of a data breach, we will notify you via email within 10 business days of any known breach.
17. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003
We collect your email address and name so we can:
• Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or answer other requests or questions.
• Process orders and send information and updates pertaining to orders of a course, product, or service.
• Send you additional information related to your course, product, and/or service.
• Market to our mailing list or continue to send emails after the original transaction has occurred.
• Email you a newsletter with free information and advertising about certain Products, Services, and/or Courses we offer.
In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, we agree to the following:
• We will not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses.
• We will identify email messages as advertisements in a reasonable way.
• We will include our business mailing address in our emails.
• We will monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance.
• We will honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests promptly.
• We allow users to unsubscribe using the appropriate link at the bottom of each email.

18. Your General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Rights
If you are located within the European Union (EU), you are entitled to the following rights under the GDPR:
• The right to know how long we will keep your information. We will retain your personal information until: (1) you ask us to delete it, or (2) the Company determines it no longer needs the data and the cost of retaining it outweighs the value.
