Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully and in their entirety before using info.jdslcg.com and all associated funnels, landing pages, and sub-pages (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). The Site and its Content are owned by JDSL Consulting Group, LLC.
PURPOSE: These Terms & Conditions explain the rules, terms, and conditions governing your use, viewing, and/or browsing of the Site and/or purchasing or downloading any course, program, service, or product offered on or by the Site, including services delivered through or supported by artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies.
IMPORTANT NOTES:

You must be at least 18 years old to consent to these Terms & Conditions. If you are under the age of 18, or you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please STOP now and do not use this Site or its Content. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions regardless of whether or not you have read them.
These Terms & Conditions contain an Arbitration Clause (Section 19) and require you to resolve any claim with us through binding arbitration. By agreeing, you voluntarily waive your right to a jury trial.
1. Definitions
“Company”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us” means JDSL Consulting Group, LLC and its website at info.jdslcg.com.
“AI Services” means any artificial intelligence-powered tools, Council systems, automated workflows, AI-generated content, strategic outputs, or recommendations delivered through or in connection with the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products.
“Content” means any written, visual, video, audio, or AI-generated information contained on the Site, including emails, blog posts, graphics, newsletters, designs, documents, templates, and downloadable materials.
“Personal Information” means information that can be used on its own or in conjunction with other information to identify, contact, or locate a person, including name, address, email address, telephone number, and similar identifiers.
“Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products” means info.jdslcg.com and all associated pages, funnels, and sub-pages, along with Content, email lists/newsletters, social media posts, courses, coaching services, guides, eBooks, forms, worksheets, workbooks, webinars, and AI-powered deliverables available on or through the Site.
“You” or “Your” means the user, customer, or viewer of the Site.

By using the Site and/or making any Purchase, you implicitly and voluntarily agree to act in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Any use of the Site by anyone under the age of 18 is unauthorized and in direct violation of these Terms & Conditions.
3. Site Rules
By using the Site and/or making any Purchase, you agree not to:

• Use AI-generated outputs from our Services to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop competing artificial intelligence models or services.
4. Disclaimer
By using the Site, you understand that we are coaches and consultants. We are not therapists or licensed medical professionals, and nothing on the Site or through our Services should be considered medical advice. We make no claim that our services or content provide any medical, mental health, or other therapeutic benefit.
Our Services and Content are intended for general educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Our Content is based on our professional experience and expertise.
AI-POWERED SERVICES NOTICE: Certain services, outputs, deliverables, and recommendations offered through our Site may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is provided for informational and strategic support purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional licensed advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated output before relying upon it for consequential decisions.

The Site, its Content, and all proprietary frameworks, methodologies, Council systems, AI configurations, and strategic tools are intellectual property solely owned by JDSL Consulting Group, LLC. These are protected by United States copyright and trademark laws, as well as applicable state intellectual property laws. Any violations will be legally pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Our Limited License to You
If you view, access, or Purchase the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products, you are a Limited Licensee. You agree and understand that these materials were created after a significant investment of time, money, education, and expertise. You may not use the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products in any unauthorized manner, contrary to these Terms & Conditions, or in violation of U.S. intellectual property laws, without our prior written authorization.
This license does not extend to any AI-generated outputs, proprietary frameworks, or Council configurations provided through our Services. Such materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of JDSL Consulting Group, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, adapted, or used to develop competing products or services.
10. Your License to Us
By commenting on the Site, or submitting documents via contact form, email, or social media, you represent that you are the lawful owner of said documents and the information they contain. You grant us a license to use your comments or submissions for our business purposes.
11. Purchase & Access Terms
During the course of your use, Purchase, and/or Download from the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products, you agree that you cannot distribute, copy, forward, or share materials prohibited by these Terms & Conditions. You agree to take all necessary steps to prevent inadvertent sharing of these materials, including protecting any login credentials. Any violations will be legally pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. SMS Communications & Consent
By providing your mobile phone number through our websites, forms, scheduling systems, or communication platforms, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from JDSL Consulting Group, LLC related to appointments, reminders, account notifications, service updates, promotional communications, and other business-related communications.

Each client’s circumstances are unique, and nothing shall be interpreted as a guarantee of specific outcomes. This applies equally to results generated through or supported by AI Services.
15. Disclaimer — No Warranties, Guarantees, or Representations
We do not offer any warranties of any kind regarding the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products, including any AI-generated outputs or recommendations, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. The Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products, and your Purchases or Downloads, are offered “AS IS.”
We do not warrant that AI-generated outputs will be error-free, complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. You assume full responsibility for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of any AI-generated content before relying upon it.
16. Your Release of Us
By using the Site or Purchasing, Downloading, or using JDSL Consulting Group, LLC’s Services and Products, you agree to release, forgive, and forever discharge JDSL Consulting Group, LLC, its subsidiaries, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, suits, actions, charges, demands, liabilities, damages, judgments, and/or costs, whether known or unknown, both legal and equitable, in any manner. This release expressly includes any claims arising from or related to AI-generated outputs or recommendations.
17. Errors & Omissions
Every effort is made to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, due to the evolving nature of law, public policy, and AI technology, JDSL Consulting Group, LLC does not warrant that all information is free from errors or completely current at all times. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult with appropriate professionals before acting on any information received through our Site or Services.
18. Our Refund Policy
We will do everything within our ability and within reason to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds will not be issued for coaching services already rendered or products already purchased. If you have any questions or concerns, please email [email protected].
19. Arbitration Clause
If you have any complaint or if any issue arises regarding your use of the Site or JDSL Consulting Group’s Courses, Services, and/or Products, please contact us directly first by emailing us at [email protected].
If we are unable to amicably resolve your dispute, you agree that you and JDSL Consulting Group, LLC shall submit the dispute to binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA), before a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator, in accordance with AAA rules.
By agreeing to this term, you waive your right to a jury trial. Any arbitration hearing shall be held within 20 miles of Charlotte, NC. The only award that may be issued to you is a refund of any payment made to JDSL Consulting Group, LLC for the applicable Product or Service. You are not permitted to seek additional damages, including consequential or punitive damages.
20. Consent to Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of them, shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
21. Consent to Jurisdiction
You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any Federal Court in the United States District Court for the District of Mecklenburg County, NC, or a state court located within the State of North Carolina, in connection with any matter arising out of these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, or your use of the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products.
22. Consent to Service
You hereby irrevocably agree that process may be served on you in any manner authorized by the Laws of the State of North Carolina, and you waive any objection to such service of process.
23. Payment & Purchases
When you Purchase or Download our Courses, Services, and Products, you may pay by credit/debit cards and ACH bank payments. By doing so, you authorize JDSL Consulting Group, LLC to charge your payment method accordingly. You will receive an electronic receipt following your Purchase, which you should retain for your records.
If you elect an installment or “pay over time” option at checkout, you agree that JDSL Consulting Group, LLC has permission to automatically charge the amount due on each agreed-upon date without further authorization from you before each transaction.
If your payment method fails or is declined, you will be removed from or have your access to our Courses, Services, and Products suspended. You remain responsible for the full cost of your Purchase.
We do not accept chargebacks. If any chargeback is placed on a Purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to major credit reporting agencies. Payment processing companies may have privacy policies and practices different from our own. We are not responsible for those policies or for circumstances beyond our control that may compromise your payment method.
24. Limitation of Liability
JDSL Consulting Group, LLC is not responsible or liable in any way for any and all damages you receive directly or indirectly from your use, Purchase, or Download from our Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products. We do not assume liability for damages, injuries, harm, misuse of information, or failure to properly use information or documents, due to any act or failure to act by you. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT, OUTPUTS, OR RECOMMENDATIONS.
25. Defense & Indemnification
You shall, at all times, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JDSL Consulting Group, LLC, J D Selby-Lucas, and all of our shareholders, officers, members, affiliates, contractors, subcontractors, directors, assignees, employees, and licensees from and against all losses, damages, injuries, delays, deaths, lost profits, and expenses arising out of any proceeding: (a) brought by either a third party or by JDSL Consulting Group, LLC and J D Selby-Lucas; (b) arising out of your breach of your obligations, representations, warranties, or covenants under these Terms & Conditions or the Privacy Policy; and (c) arising out of any alleged breach or negligence said to have been committed by JDSL Consulting Group, LLC.
26. Artificial Intelligence — Use, Limitations & Disclosure
JDSL Consulting Group, LLC may use artificial intelligence tools, large language models, automated reasoning systems, and AI-powered council configurations in the delivery of certain services, strategic outputs, and content. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and strategic support purposes only and do not constitute licensed professional advice of any kind.
• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated content before acting upon it.
• JDSL Consulting Group, LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated output.
• The proprietary AI frameworks, Council configurations, and methodology structures developed by JDSL Consulting Group, LLC are protected intellectual property and may not be replicated, extracted, or used to develop competing AI products or services.
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update AI-powered features at any time without prior notice.
• Your use of AI-assisted services does not create a licensed professional relationship (attorney-client, therapist-client, financial advisor-client, or similar).
27. Termination of Your Use
At our sole discretion, we are permitted to terminate your use of or access to the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products if you abuse, violate, or breach any of these Terms & Conditions or those found in our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, or any other terms to which you have agreed.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and us.
29. Severability
The provisions of these Terms & Conditions are severable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provision. If any paragraph, section, subsection, sentence, or clause of these Terms & Conditions is rendered illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such determination shall have no effect on the remainder of these Terms & Conditions.
